I have lived here on the Grand Strand for 38 years and have a great understanding of the Real Estate Market. I have seen five cycles in 38 years and understand the long term market as well as anyone. I have served 5 years in the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller before coming to Little River in 1984. I successfully owned and operated Barnacle Boulter's Diving and Propeller for 20 years before going full time into real estate in 2003.
